Webinar: Defensible Documentation Basics for All Clinicians

This webinar is targeted towards all clinicians who document within the medical record, including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, techs, and others. The goal is for all clinicians to document within the medical record accurately, objectively, and comprehensively.

Objectives:

  • Define professional liability and standard of care.
  • Review frequent allegations made against healthcare clinicians.
  • Review common documentation issues that impact patient safety.
  • Apply strategies to improve documentation.
